PRIVATE MAIL BAGS, In addition to the reductions fto come into force to-morrow) in the. cost of letter postage and telegrams, reductions are also announced in the cost of money orders and the postage of printed matter. The price for money orders will be as follows: Payable in New Zealand: Id for each £1 or fraction thereof, but with a minimum charge of fid, pin ■ a leleginph fee of .l.*i if order is sent, by ordinary telegram, or 2a if it is sent bv urgent I elegram. For a private communiration for the payee, added to the official telcgiam of advice: Id per vrord if order is sent by ordinary telegram, or 2d per wind if il is sent by urgent telegram. Undelivered printed matter prepaid Id that liar bee posted : New Zealand (Ul outside New Zealand) and bears a special request for its tel urn in the sender, or is of intrinsic value, will be returned and charged additional piml age of Id. Savings Bank telegrams will be charged the same rate ns, ordinary telegrams—Pd for 12 words (urgent rati". Is fid).
