PRIVATE MAIL BAGS, In addition to the reductions fto come into force to-morrow) in the. cost of letter postage and telegrams, reductions are also announced in the cost of money orders and the postage of printed matter. The price for money orders will be as follows: Payable in New Zealand: Id for each £1 or fraction thereof, but with a minimum charge of fid, pin ■ a leleginph fee of .l.*i if order is sent, by ordinary telegram, or 2a if it is sent bv urgent I elegram.
