Tltcj.- in no way held Mr Eddy responsible, but thought a change rcgnrdI ing the telephone exchange desirable. Air Eddy said he ha-a utreauy inem toned the matter to his chief and asked feu extra assistance, the increase of subscribers demanding it. He had also been handicapped by new boys at the exchange. but now had eyorv hops of a better arrangement. During a short term sonic 77 subscribers had been added to the list yet extra assistance had not been granted.
