WEDNESDAY NIGHT. 'BREAK THE NEWS TO MOTHEB,' In transporting Charles K. Harris' famous song, "Break the News to Mother," to the screen, a new mine for movie material has been opened up. Following the conventional adaptations of noveh and stage plays, the music sheet praves quite a novel one. The filming of Harris' song has proven so suecessfal that it is believed that it i will not be long before every new song i will be appended with the footnote of "motion picture rights reserved." After trying the song on the piano, according to this innovation, one may step around to the corner movie and see the plot and action picturised. "Break the News to Mother" is not a war picture aaS has nothing to do with the war, despite tie fact that it was found-,' ed on a song that deals with a dying soldier's message to his mother.
