* A pleasant function took place at the Otaki Sanatorium on Sunday afternoon. when members of the Otaki Choral Society gave a similar programme to that given at the theatre last week. Unfortunately. Aliss Patterson and Air j Dunkley were unable to be present, t Nevertheless the programme was one 'fully appreciated by the staff and pa- ' tlents, and at the conclusion Dr. Curtis 'warmly thanked the performers for j their thoughtfulness. Air Lowry, in j replying expressed a wish that the Soi eietv would like to return on .-ome future occasion. Afternoon tea was ’ served and conclmled u pleasant dny.
