COMMITTEES GETTING TO WORK. A repi emulative meeting ol Mr \Y. 11. Field's supporters was held in Levin on Saturday, Mr H. .1. Richards being in Die chair. A strong Committee was formed to work in Mr Field's interest* at that end of the Otaki electorate. Mr G. D. Hamilton was ap-pointed-secretary. It was decided to call a meeting of ladies next week to form a ladies’ committee to assist the candidature of Mr Field and also that of Mr -I. Linklater, the Reform candidate tor Manawatu.
