"THE YELLOW.” Enclosed in the cleverest cover we have seen oil a magazine for quite a while, The Velio"- Magazine, Septembei S. an enlarged holiday number, has reached us. The issue contains no less than twelve complete stories by the fcicmost writers of the day. Among those represented are Fred M. White, Michael Kent, Donovan Bayloy, Margaret Pcdler, etc. The stories are all cleverly illustrated. There is a little verse and a further instalment (the conclusion) of Leslie Bcresford’s serial “The Way of Deception.” The Yrellow is excellent value and a magazine one can recommend.
