The Manawatu Golf Tournament was I concluded on Saturday. In the final of the amateur championship, A Duncan beat Horton, 10 up and 9 to play. Ham won the professional •championship, defeating Shaw, 2 up and 1. A sensation was caused in the afternoon when Mrs Guy Williams beat Duncan 4 up and 2 in a special match. It was his first defeat of the week.
