UNDESIRABLES IN OTAKI
ORDEEED TO MOVE ON. Two young women of the undesirable cJass appeared before Me_--r= J. R, Bills and H. Xicolson, J's. P.. at Otaki thi? morning, charged with being ictie and disorderly. Both pleaded guilty. It appears that the two arrived in the town some day.-: ago. and were ordered bv Constable Cole to leave. This they failed to do, and ir: the meantime made their home* in the vicinity of the Otaki beach. They were ultimately joined bv two local youths, who admitted a chaise of the theft of blankets, value £3 os. the property of Mr A. H. Lees. As there were no previous convictions igainst the young women they were ronvieted and ordered to come up for sentence whan called apou, or- the ucPer that they left \\.-. town ;-.- the fir -t ttnia.
