The stellar role furnishes Corrinne Griffith material lo display her versatility and permits her to wear many elaborate gowns. The star makes a departure iu this production by appearing as a four-teen-year-old girl in the first half o£ the story. She is exceptionally clever in child parts, ami should win many friends. An exceptionally strong eaife is in support of Miss Griffith in this production, and such name- as Catherine Calvert, William Parks, Jr., >:•■.'. Alice Concord are found in tie- list. Beautiful sets and exquisite scenit backgrounds give the pi-tare an atmosphere, and the story i- am- of unusual twists which is seldom equalled in screen production.
