The opening shoot of the reason tool place on .-Saturday last and there w.v a very fair muster seeing that then were other attractions on. There wen two sweepstakes during the afternoon and the score- were iir. under: — First Sweepstake.
Messrs Sargisson. Han, and Weggery divided the sweepstake. Second Sweepstake.

Kveryone present enjoyed themselves, and ike c-or.tciittee heartily thank Mr Ten Kilmister, who acted as trapper, and Mr Broadway, the Club '.- handicapper. who declared the handicaps \nU seeing it was the opening match. The Club heartily thank the ladies who assisted with the fine afternoon. tea spread. «.-fei-;h everyone present enjoyed. The local Club will fire a match with the Paraparauam Club on Saturday u*et, 80th inst., weather peraitung.
