At present the Manakau exchange' seem?'a farce as onty a few can make use of it without a charge of 3d to ring Otaki. If connected with Otaki it would have the ndvantage of ringing Otaki and Te Horo subscribers free of charge. This tvottid mean a big item as shortly nearly 200 subscribers will be on the Otaki exchange. Wake up you Maaaiattit«s, call a meeting, and act for the best.—l am, *tc,
