VESTRY MEETING.

A meeting of .vestrymen was held on Monday evening, the Bev-. G. F. Petrie, Vicar, presiding. Air L. St. George (treasurer) submitted a financial statement which was regarded as most satisfactory.

The Chairman stated that arrangements had been made with the Wellington City Council relative to pumping during school hours at the Station Sundays school and that it bad been agreed to stop pumping during school hours. If- was reported that a substantial amount had been donated for Mission work, New Zealand giving in til over £*ooo.

The Vicar stated that the Ladies' Guild had, as usual, done good work, end that in reference’ to the cleaning of the Church’ had agreed to engage a woman.
