The plain role of the French milliner, « played by the beautiful star with *tvo and lire. In her unadorned beauy, Lueette cannot help attracting 'the [attentions of aristicratic members of Isocioty. In the web of a romance which 'she cannot control, the shopgirl hides her identity for fear of the scorn that ttur wealthy admirers would shower hpon her, once they learned that Lujotte was not of their own set. but an jrdinary working-girl. The inevitable discovery is made, and here "Straight From Pa.ris" reaches its climax. Shall wealth and social standing be the criterion of marriage? Is it what the girl has. or what the girl is.-that decides? I'Straight'From Paris," with a variety of sumptuous scenery and costume l-ives the most convincing answer to Khese questions. Smart frocking, suBorb settings and acting make this ■jreat feature a star production of the Prst magnitude, and Otaki picture lov■b are in for a treat to-morrow night. fl?ere is strong support in a screaming comedy "Twilight Baby." starring Virginia Rappe.
