HOOPEH—LESLIE. A pretty wedding took place at tVaikanae on Thursday, March 9th, at the residence of Mr B. Hooper, an old and respected resident of Waikanae. Mr Jam 66 Hooper, or other of the bridegroom was best man, 6cd Mb: Annie Hooper, sister of bridegroom, acted as bridesmaid. The bride wore e charming frock of grey erepe-de-chene with a? pverdress of grey silk iace. -The bride’s travelliug, costume was of brown with a saxe-bine georgette hat. ’ Mr and Mrs" W.
