FATAL MOTOR COLLISION.
A fatal accident occurred at Paraparaumu this afternoon, by which Harry Field, of Paraparaumit, met his death. He was riding a motor-cycle when he collided with the Auckland express whilst crossing the railway line and was seriously injured. The train was pulled up and tho injured man put aboard nnd brought on to Otaki, but was dead when the train arrived here.
The body was removedTo the Otaki hospital, and an inquest will be held.
