i . . « ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Rahui • Dairy Company was held yesterday at the auction mart, Mr C. Kilsby presiding. The balance-sheet showed the bank overdraft at £022, paid-up capital £7OO, | and balance £230-1. Among the assets j it was shown buildings at £l3lß, plant , £ISSS, land £3-14, City Council £217, and City Council for October milk £467. In the profit and loss account; butterfat totalled £5708, bonus £748, and rents £460. Mr R. Patching was re-eketed a director, Mr C. Kilsby re-elected Chairman, and Mr Brash auditor. The report was as follows: —"Your directors have much pleasure in present- j ing the fourth annual report and bal-ance-sheet. During U>o reriol l.f this I report, namely, twelve months, the suppliers have received a progress payl ment of 2s "d for November and December, 1920, January, February, March, April, September and October, and Is 6d per gallon (less railway freight) for May, 2s for June, July and August; and wo have a balance of £2,304 Cs lOd. It is proposed to make a .further payment of 3 l-sth per pound of butter-fat supplied by suppliers during September 1920, and April 1921. Once again your directors take the opportunity of congratulating the share-' holders en another very favourable bal-ance-sheet, and the position of tho Company is very gratifying. The directors would particularly draw the | shareholders' attention to the fact that the-Company's liability to tho Bank has been considerably reduced, and that there are no other creditors. The retiring director, Mr R. Patching, who j is eligible, offers himself for ro-elec-1 tion. The retiring auditor, Mr T. C. I Brash, is eligible, and offers himself i • for re-election. —C.
