dominations for the above closed at Boon to-day with the following results: Otaki Borough: Mr C. Kilsby. Levin Borough: Mr D. W. Mathcson. Horowhenua County: Messrs G. A. Monk, Alt'. Seifert, A. A. Brown, C. I. Harkness, and W. 'G. Adkin. It is expected there will be contests also at Fo&t'on and Shannon, but the nominations are not available. Mr Byron. Brown's nomination for the County was sent in, but it has been found that he is not eligible.
