OTAKI BEACH.
To the Editor. •Sir. —T write to urge the ydacing of a rope in our newly-erected bathing-hut on the beach. Our beach is a safe one as regards bathing, but crump can seize any bather, and having a rope handy would safeguard the lives of those who go to the help of people in difficulty.— I arn. etc., REACH RESIDENT.
