THE REST RESORT.
To the Editor. Sir, —A suggestion has been made through your columns that the rest resort site be handed over to the Borough Council. In answer may I point out. the state of the section acquired by the Council opposite the Bank ot Australasia. It is a disgrace, and if the Council can only grow weeds there it could only do the same on the rest icsort site. Even a mob of sheep or a horse or two would do no harm it' turned on the Borough section. Now wake up you Councillors .and improve your own property and then acquire the other site.—Yours, etc., FAIR FLAY.
