$ FORTNIGHTLY MEETING. The fortnightly meeting of the above Board was held Inst night. Fro sent: Commissioners J. P. Brandon (chairman), T. B. Ba'x, H. Cockrell, A \ W. Broadway, J. E. Bills, and H. Nicolson. \ Correspondence. Correspondence was read and deal: with as follows: — From Valuation Department, offer ing a plan of the Town Board area foi( £lO, provided it was used exclusively for Board purposes. From G. F. Nicholson, applying for a culvert opposite his shop in Mill, Boad.—Referred to the engineer. j From Tereturu Hamihoua, on behalf of several Natives, asking for cxten-j sion of grazing rights, eiz., from ti a.m.; to 6 p.m., stating at present labourers ■working away from home were unable, under present conditions, to avail themselves of the present arranger m ent. —Application not entertained, From Horowhcnua County Council, Stating thai a meeting of local body) representatives would be held at Levin on the 21st (Tuesday) to consider; .various matters in connection with the hydro-electric scheme, and asking the Board to appoint a representative— \ Corn.
