COUNTY ELECTIONS.
HOROWHENUA COUNTY. MESSRS MONK AND KNOX TOR TE HORO. Considerable interest was taken in the Te Horo Riding county election on Wednesday last, when steady polling proceeded. The poll was a fairly heavy one. As had been anticipated, Mr Monk was re-elected by a substantial majority, while Mr A. R. Knox defeated Mr Beauchamp with a good margin to spare. Following are details of the polling:— Te Horo Riding.
