The Mastertou Racing Club has re solved that the secretary should b.
instructed to only issue complimentary
tickets to visiting stewards. A condition of the Law n Handicap, to be run at Mastertou meeting, is that neither, whips nor spurs are a! lowed to be carried. Certainly most apprentices would be better without a whip, but a big percentage of tinyoungsters riding lately will find it difficult to hang on w’tliout “hooks.”
