LONDON WOOL SALES. Messrs JJaigctv ami Co., Ltd.. Wellington. report having received the following cablegram from their London house, under date of 2-Lh in-t.: “ Wool Hale opened. Attendance of buyers in large and competition animated. There in a better demand generally, and good selection. As compared with last sale’s closing rate’s merino wools, greasy, >H V- and above, S per cent to 7S per cent higher; merino wools of other descriptions unchanged; halfbred wool.-, tiro- quality greasy, par to ■> per cent higher; cross bred wool*', medium quality, greasy, unchanged, crossbred wools, coarse, greasy, neglected; cross bred wools, scoured, neglected; line slipe wools, crossbred, unchanged, and medium and inferior condition »lir»e wools, crossbred, S per cent lower.”
