OLEADING SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, report having held a sale of dairy stock atthe farm, Otaki. on account of Mr F. W. Vare on Thursday, 2(ith Inst. Notwithstanding that the cows were in rather iow condition, good prices were obtained. We quote: —Best cows 12! to £3l, medium do. £lB to £23, Sole culvers £l4 to £l7 10s. On account of other vendors, late calving heifers £8 10s to £ll.
