Tlie stewards of the .Foxton Racing Club have decided to agree to the 7st minimum as suggested by the Dunedin Club, and have appointed .Messrs W. T. Jewell and Leu Freeman delegates to attend the conference of Now Zealand [ Country Racing Clubs, to be held at I Wellington. The Horowlienua Racing Club has made appiisation to hold their annual race meeting on January 26th. The Foxton Club will hold their meeting on January 2-nd H.
