MANGAHAO POWER.
In reply to Mr Mitchell, M.P., during the course of an interview on Thursday, the Minister of Public Works supplied tho following table showing the suggested allocations of Mangahao power on a population basis:—
Otaki Sub-station 8,331 1,200 Shannon Sub-station.. 18,720 2,600 Bunnythorpo S-station 27,050 3.500 Danncvirko S-station MO,S!U 1,400 "I. is necessary to explain that each sub-station serves a district much more extensive than that in ils immediate neighbourhood.
