A meeting of the fclorowhcnua Rugby I'nion was held ou Friday night. Correspondence was read from Hie UV.knnne Club stating that it had decided on green. and black for its colours. It was decided that the senior and junior competitions open on the second Saturday in May. and Messrs Wehipeibana and Hemmingson were appointed a classification committee, while Mr Hroughton was elected tu draw up championship fixtures. li »v ; ,s reported that Foxton would probably enter a team. The following "ere nominated a- referees:—..Messrs Karrmt! and Arcus (Kuku). Moynihan, Foster and Hemmingson (Shannon), smith. ATiniata, and Hroughton (Levin), and T. Farata (Wafcauoe). -Mr W. Wehipeihana was elected sec-ret-cry in place of Mr \Y. Broughton, resigned.
