Ayre (treasurer of the recent band concert at Otaki) furnishes us with the following balance-sheet in connection with same:— Receipts: Taken at door. £23 9s; tickets sold. £9 15s; donation —M* Utiku £1 Is, Mr Mooney 10s, Dr. Pomare £5, Mr Chandler 2s fid, Mr I'enn £1 Is; total, £4O t.Ss (>d. Kxpendtture: Messrs .Mooney and ['otter, £4; ribbons, is; refreshments, 7s: cleaning theatre, 10s: H. Tahiwi, expenses "Wellington and Trenthym re band instruments. £2; printing and advertising, £3 His; total, £lO 17s. • This leaves a credit balance in hand of £3O 1- 6!.
