HOCKEY.
•The Olaki Hockey Club members meet to night at the Druids’ Hall for the purpose of electing a secretary in Mr Hon. Sathorley’s place. A meeting of hockeyitcs will shortly lie held at Levin with a view 1:o rc- ' forming the llorowheuua Hockey Association. Oeiegates from the various clubs are to be invited to attend. A hockey club has been formed in Shannon, 'with Mr W. McKegg ns patron, and Mr C. Ilemmingson secretary and treasurer. i At the annual meeting of the Loiin 'y.M.C.A. Hockey Club the election of officers resulted;—President, Mr J. E. Bean (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs IT. E. Keys. T. Gibson and T. G. Vincent; secretary and t reasurer. Mr B. XI. Billons; match committee, captain, ; vice-captain, and secretary; delegates to union, president and secretary.
