RIFLE SHOOTING.
ILVUTEKE RETAINS THE PRE3H FOOD CUP. On Saturday last members of Foxton Killt! Club journeyed to Hautere to try and wrest the Fresh Food Cup from the Hautere men. when a very enjoyable afternoon's sport was held. This is the first lime that the Foxton Club htii been to Hautere, but they made them selves quite at home, and both side.thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The I'oxlon men complimented the Hauterei:es un the way the marking was done, w'Vreh expedited the match, the thrCO r. ages taking inside three hours to cinplcle, which constitutes a record l'..r sixteen mm iu these competitions.
