A deal of interest centred in the bowling match for the Fearcy Cup on Saturday, when two rinks from the town played two from Otak; Railway. The town players won easily, 57—24. Edwards, Witchell, W. B. Smith and Brandon had no trouble in beating Knight, Kilmistcr, Webster and Noble. 24—15; while A. Smith. Petrie, Bills, and-Sathcrlcy made no race with Gooding, Williams. Windley and OUivcr. •>3_1.9 The latter rink scored on the first four heads, and led 6-0, but after this only scored three singles.
