A memorial in honor of Company Sergt.-Major Charles Seinscia was un- \ eiled at Koputaroa during the holidays by Mr D. Mathcson, Mayor or Levin. Tho proceedings were opened with a short religious service conducted by tho Rev. Temuora Tokoait.ua, of Otaki. At tho conclusion of the ceremony local Natives entertained visitors at afternoon ten.
