PICTURES. To-night (Mednesday) pictures wul be screened at the Theatre, when the star will be "The Judgment House," a fine story well told and well illustrated. The supports arc also good, and patrons may rely upon witnessing a first-class set of pictures. On Friday "Every Woman’s Husband" will be the star. It is a virile, gripping story of love's folly. "The Bravest Way" will be the star on Saturday. WAR LECTURE. Miss Louise Mack, the well-known war lecturer, gives an address at-Wai-kanao on Saturday at S p.m., and a special picture matinee at 3 p.m. The address will be illustrated by cinematograph films. CRICKETERS’ BALL. The cricketers’ ball, to be held at Te Horo on Friday (Boxing Night), promises to be a great success. Arrangements are well in hand—a good floor is promised, popular music will be provided, while supper will be of a appetising nature.
