TO-DAY’S POLLS.

Glorious summer weather is being experienced in this district for the elections. There is, up to the present, an absence of excitement, but interest is keen, and Ike supporters of the various candidates are working quietly to bring tho electors to the poll. Polling is proceeding very steadily, and the officials at the Otaki booth arc having a busy time in coping with the stream of voters.

It is expected that the poll will bo a heavy one. The results should commence to come in soon after the booths close at 6 p.uw and these will be posted at the “Otaki Mail” office windows.
