RIFLE SHOOTING.

The Wharcroa Rifle Club held the final series for Mr W. Cromb’s trophy on Saturday, and resulted in an easy win for Deputy-President F. Cordukcs. The wind blew heavily from the south, accounting for the poor scores on Saturday. The following are the totals of the three series—(1) 200 and 300 yards, (2) 500 and 600 yards, (3) 600 and 700 yards:—
