BOWLING.
An Otaki riok —Gooding, Ayre, D. Noble and H. Kilmister —visited 'Wellington on Saturday, and played a friendly game with Lyall Bay (Moran, Ryder, Gilbert and Raven). Unfortunately, owing to bad weather, only one game could be played, won by the Otaki men, IT—l3, after a keen contest ail through. The visitors were royally entertained, and spent a very pleasant time.
