Mr Robbins (cx-Mayor of Taurangn) lias announced his candidature for Bay; of Plenty, -in opposition to the Hon. AV. H. Hcrries.
A quiet wedding was solemnised at Otaki this morning, when Miss Mary McAVilliams, daughter of Mr Samuel McWilliams, of Jessie Street, AVeHington. was married to Mr G. Lee, of Otaki.
