AVhen the Bed fleet bombarded Vitcle, on the shores'of Lake Ladoga, I and captured the town from the White Finns, the precision of their gunfire was remarkable. It is now known that a number of fashionable women sojourning in the neighbourhood were in the Bolshevist pay, and divulged the location of the Finnish batteries.
Bolshevist newspapers announce that the Beds are firmly determined to retake Pskoff with a forco which will probably bo commanded by Trotsky. The frontier region and the Gulf of Finland remains quiet, despite the Bolshevist threats to invade and annihilate Finland.
