AMERICA READY.

NETWORK OF PLANS TO COPE WITH GERMAN TRADE.

American traders expect to relations with Germany next week by means of the “blanket” licenses granted by the War Trade Board. American consuls will not be sent to Germany, and Americans will not be granted passports for Germany uutil the peace treaty is ratified. It is therefore expected that most of the American commercial dealings with Germany for the present will be conducted through neutral countries. The only way in which representatives of American countries ean enter Germany to obtain orders after peace is formally declared is as members of various American commissions, or, at their own risk and responsibility, without pass ports. -

It is understood that large quantities of American cotton in neutral countries are ready for immediate shipment into Germany when the blockade is lifted. The United States Shipping Board is preparing to establish a shipping line between Philadelphia and Hamburg as soon as cargoes can'be supplied. Representatives of the North German Lloyd Lino have already engaged all the available space in the first ship Other lines will be stablished between American ports and Hamburg and Bremen, as well as neutral ports, for transhipment into Germany.
