PARLIAMENT.
RATIFICATION OF PEACE TREATY. In the House of Representatives yesterday the Prime Minister moved: “That the House of Representatives of Xew Zealand in I’urlinment assembled resolves that this House assents to tho ratification by His Majesty of tho Treaty of Peace with Germany as approved by the plenipotentiaries at the recent Peace Conference.” The matter was discussed at length, explanations,of the Peace Treaty terms being made by tho Premier and Kir Joseph Ward. Tho motion was then carried.
