j ' TWO NEW MINISTERS. The Reform caucus sat for two and a-half hours on Alonday night. At the conclusion Air Alassey announced that the meeting had been of a most satisfactory nature. Positions iu the I Cabinet had been offered to Air J. B. ! Hine and Air W. Nosworthy, and they had been accepted. Cabinet rank also had been offered to two other members of the party, but negotiations were not yet completed. Several changes of Xtortl'olios will take place. Air Herries will hand over the Railways to Mr Alassey, who will give up Finance to Sir James Allen. Air Herries will remain Native Minister The Premier states that he expects to be in a position to announce the remainder of the Cabinet appointments in a dav or two.
