ADVICE.

Do not give to America who you can give to Britain in trade. Peeling is very high amongst manufacturers here. The Yankee has 'scooped the poo!,' and is now trying to block our indemnities, to cripple our trade recovery. Remember. what is Britain's loss will reflect on the overseas Dominions."
