| HUI MAI (9) V. OTAKI (6). 1 Tho match, played on the. College grounds on Saturday between Otaki aud ll ui Mai (juniors), was a keen contest, and caused a deal of interest. The play was of an even nature, but tho visitors gained a verdict of 9-G (all unconverted tries). Ranslield, Kohi. and White scored for Hui Mai, while Napier scored twice for Otaki. Mr Horo Karauti was referee. Levin Juniors defeated Shannon at Levin on Saturday by 15 points to 6. Levin Seniors won by default from Shannon.
