LEVIN S.M. COURT.
At the last sitting of the Levin S.M. Court, Lionel Grimstone, of Wellington, j pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm j in a public place. He was admonished and"discharged. E. Claridge and Peter Peterson for being on licensed premises during prohibited hour£--wcre fined £2 and £1 respectively. For alleged exposure of liquor for sale during prohibited hours the case agaiust Mat. Huhan, licensee of the Levin Hotel, was adjourned. James McGregor was lined 10s, and costs ITJsT-for boarding a train while ill motion. In the civil eases judgment by default was given ! as follows: —Alanakau Hairy Co. v.
