EXTENSIVE IMPROVEMENTS. (Bhe contract for extensive improvments to the Rahui Co-op. Dairy Co.’s factory at Ctaki (now under the management of the Wellington City Council) has been secured by Mr J. S. Pole, our local contractor. A packing-room, 30ft x 20ft, is to be built, also a cover for motor lorry (20ft x 20ft), a cheese curing room enlarged by 30ft x 17ft, two additional vats and a press will be installed iu a room 30ft x 28ft. Tho receiving stage will be enlarged, a chilling room 20ft x 17ft will be added, also a room 20ft x 14ft for engine for refrigerator, a condenser cover 20ft x Bft, while troughs will be put in a leanto. It has also been decided to put in a railway siding, which should be of great advantage.
