The Minister replied' "that it had nothing, t.o do with the.sale-;by the Imperial - .Government'.; regarding.- the equalisation fund. All batter; factories except Two had agreed to it for last arid nil of this year's sale-was fixed by the butter committee, not.'the factories. He -was. confident,-that in two year's time Hioy would be satisfied that, the two vi f ars : ' contract whs no hardship. Neutral countries had got higher prices; but thev were under no obligation to the fjn>. He promised to place the matter before Mr Guthrie.- .'.
