EGYPTIAN CRISIS.

MANY SERIOUS DISTURBANCES. THE ARMY NOT AFFECTED. London, March 27. Throughout Lower Egypt, from north of Cairo to the-sea, there are frequent and serious disturbances, the suppression of which presents difficulties, owing to the severance of all railway and telegraphic communication: but there is no organised attack upon the British Army, and no dissatisfaction , exists in the Egyptian Army. The position is complicated by Bedouin incursions from the western districts. The situation is now more in hahd. Cairo and Alexandria are quiet, and there are no disturbances on the Suez Canal.
