OTAKI ELECTORAL ROLL
A BIG SUPPLEMENTARY ROLL. Tho supplementary roll for tho Otaki electorate has been printed, and is now available to the public. It contains 1959 names, very considerably more than tho average supplementary roll for this district. This brings the total number on the roll to 7290, though no less than 950 names on the main roll have been struck off, in accordance with the provisions of the Act. Attached to the new roll is a list of -15 persons to whom absent voters’ permits have been issued. This latter list is not yet complete, as permits aro still' being issued by the Registrar of Electors (Mr H. H. Cork). As was-the. ease with the general roll, the printing of the supplementary roll was executed at the “Otaki Mail” office, and completed well under contract time.
