Three rinks from the-local bowling club will meet Lyall Bay at the latter s green to-morrow, when interesting play should result. The Otaki Club will bo represented by Byron Brown, A. Watts, C. Gooding, H. Kilmister, A\ B. Webster, H. h! Oliver, w. B. Smith, J. Skelley, W. Baker, D. Noble, T. H. Windley, and Frank Toung. Playing on the local green for the singles trophy on Wednesday, R- F. Smith beat Skelley by the narrow margin of one point, 17-10, but had an easy wig from Larkin, 29-11. Williams won very comfortably from Canning, 30-13. R. F. Smith also had an easy win over IV. Baker. 29-16.
