CLUBS AFFECTED. Tlio announcement recently made by tho Hon. G. W. Russell, Minister of Internal Affairs, that tho days of racing were to be restored to their full strength as from Ist February will be well received by tho racing authorities. Tho clubs affected in the Wellington district arc:— Wellington Racing Club, three days; Otaki Maori Racing Club, one day; Masterton Racing Clnb, one day; Wairarapa Racing Club, ono day; Taratahi-Cartcrton Racing Club, one day; Woodlands Hunt Club, one day; Wellington Trotting Clnb, one day; a total of nine days.
